★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have spent a couple of months in Oaxaca and come here often. People are friendly, coffee and chai delicious, as is the food. Comfortable, nice atmosphere inside and out. We leave Oaxaca soon and will miss the people who work here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good, not great. The guayaba cheesecake surpassed any I have eaten in Oaxaca. Granted the bar is very low for cheesecake here, what I ate today would hold its own anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fajita de pollo and breakfast burritos are superb. Delicious. The accompanying salsa - I wish they sold it!! I haven't had the other burritos. The burger was good too, but I think they discontinued it... The cardomom and pimienta cake is AMAZING!! All their deserts I've tried are good but those are best. The infused waters are amazing too, not sweet just refreshing. I haven't tried any other foods but I will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 25 minutes for a salad that is pretty small for 70 pesos compared to other cafes, and I’m infused as to why a salad took nearly a half hour when nobody was in the restaurant. Also they set my takeaway coffee on the counter and didn’t tell me and when I went to pay they gave it to me, not hot at that point. Nice little cafe but confused as to why the process of receiving food and drink was poor when nobody was there and 4 staff were around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar reviews from other posts, not sure why but we had to wait 30 minutes for 2 drinks and food - once we told the waiter we were in a rush he brought it out. The breakfast itself was tasty.. if you don’t mind waiting a long time to eat/drink then it’s fine.
