★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los platillos están bien, el lugar muy bonito, pero en esta 1ra. vez que fui con mi Familia, se tardaron demasiado en traernos las órdenes, hubo otras personas que llegaron después que nosotros y les sirvieron antes.
The dishes are good, the place very nice, but in this 1st. The time I went with my family, they took too long to bring us our orders, there were other people who arrived after us and served them before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los meseros estaban muy ocupados porque tenían un evento, así que al entrar al lugar no nos tomaron la temperatura ni proporcionaron gel antibacterial.
El sabor de la comida me pareció muy bueno, el sabor del café estaba un poco débil para mi gusto.
La atención de nuestro mesero fue excelente aunque nos sirvieron a destiempo y tanto la comida como el café estaban un poco fríos.
Debido a que tenían un evento y no existe separación de salón, tenían una bocina con música muy fuerte.
La presentación de los platillos es tradicional.
El lugar es agradable visualmente.
Mi consejo para los dueños de ésta cafetería sería: cuiden mucho la temperatura de la comida, ya que no es agradable comer con frijoles fríos.
The servers were very busy because they had an event, so when we entered the place they did not take our temperature or provide antibacterial gel.
The taste of the food seemed very good to me, the taste of the coffee was a bit weak for my taste.
The attention of our waiter was excellent although we were served at the wrong time and both the food and the coffee were a bit cold.
Because they had an event and there is no room separation, they had a speaker with very loud music.
The presentation of the dishes is traditional.
The place is visually pleasing.
My advice to the owners of this cafeteria would be: take good care of the temperature of the food, since it is not pleasant to eat with cold beans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es buena, presentación y sabor. Nuestro inconveniente fue al pagar, ya que el mesero NO nos entregaba el ticket, e infló el precio final (se auto agregó la propina). Mis acompañantes teníamos una idea del precio que pagaría cada quien (éramos 3). Motivo por el cual solicitamos la carta e hicimos nuestra cuenta, a lo que el mesero comento, "o es cierto la cuenta estaba mal" lo cual era mentira

Sin embargo en esta ubicación me decepciono un poco el servicio ?
No tenían disponible varias cosas que estaban en el menú, apresar de la poca gente tardaron en traer mi platillo ya que desafortunadamente la mesera estaba atendiendo a otro cliente inconforme, entre otros detallitos. ??
?Servicio al cliente: Sin duda tiene mucho que mejorar.

I visited this place because I had a very good experience with Flora cafe, which is located on Calle Primera.
However, in this location I was a little disappointed in the service ?
