I support local commerce and promote transparency, quality in service and products, and competition. They should always be friendly and generally they were. The portion and seasoning in what I ate corresponds to a balanced price. In Querétaro I have seen a practice that I do not like and it does not seem correct or transparent to me, they do not publish the prices and then offer some extra without announcing the price implying that it may be included but it is charged separately which seems reprehensible to me, I also It has happened with some frequency that they overcharge or if the product is weighed they do not give full, and of course they are not all but it is a recurring incident. We have many people living here but we are not born here, so much food is not typical of this state and neither are the forms of use and customs of care. I drank coffee and I liked it a lot, also the bread, I both repeated twice. However, I asked a lady the price of coffee and she told me that the American and the milk are the same. But when I paid they charged me a higher price than with milk. I had to clarify and request the price that the other lady gave me. In principle, the lady who charged me did not want to take this responsibility, arguing that the other lady was in charge of the bakery and the sale of coffee, and had already retired. Another employee who overheard the conversation had to intervene to request that they charge me for what they told me. I suggested that they organize themselves and do not know who does not authorize giving them or that they put all the prices on the menu. In the end they charged what they told me. In any case, in the test I left that difference was overcome, because I like to tip, which was greater than 10%.
