The care and attention they take towards the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the establishment is reflective of the fact that they care deeply about their customers comfort and security. They are greatly concerned about constant improvement and as such are planning expansion into the accommodation business. If so, I'm sure it will be a great place to stay and a very welcome addition to Mazunte. I try to be as strict a vegan as I can, which can be troublesome travelling constantly as I do, especially in Mexico. Many restaurants in Mexico, Hawaii and the West Coast of the USA and Canada where I've travelled extensively advertise that they have vegan food, but simply replace the animal products in their dishes with soy. Cafe del Mar doesn't use soy products and goes the extra (essential for me) step of separating the vegan food preparation equipment they use, like spatulas, pots and pans and counters from their non vegan. No monetary or other remuneration has been provided to me by this establishment other than their kindness. Oh...and the English spoken is excellent.
