About Café Don Balbino
Fue en ese año que inauguramos la Catedral del Café en Talpa de Allende. Es una celebración al trabajo de los cafeticultores mexicanos. El edificio fue construido con materiales de la región y es aquí donde actualmente se benefician, secan, tuestan y seleccionan los granos de Café Don Balbino. Es una obra arquitectónica que en el 2016 fue finalista en el World Architecture Festival. ¡Siempre es un placer recibir visitas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is one of the most amazing coffee buildings I've ever seen. Besides of a story of Talpa Jalisco's coffee production process, it's an architectural gem with some kind of Dali's style.
Balbino coffee is delicious and the town has some other great things to discover.
