En cuanto al sabor este café es suave y NO es del tipo ácido, el amargo es muy poco, simplemente delicioso. Si le gusta dulce, pida un cafecito allí y que se lo endulcen con melaza natural, le da un toque muy especial. La plática con el dueño es muy amena.
