Que mal que tengan personas que no estén capacitadas para resolver problemas, y pierdan clientes.
Terrible customer service. I buy wholesale, they brought me a wrong product and they stopped answering and taking my orders.
Too bad they have people who are not trained to solve problems, and lose customers.
