★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I forgot my MacBook charger in hotel at Tulum and arrived at Isla Mujeres. I went to talk to Adrian around 12.00 pm. He didn't have a compatible charger but he arranged to bring one for me from Cancún the same day. Thus around 15.30 pm I was back on business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Adrian's cafe trying to contact my family abroad after losing my ceĺl phone walking in the beach. He provide me international calls and my wife was able to find the cell phone. Victor from Buhos bar keep it for me and Adrian's drive me across the city to get the cell phone back, just some minutes from leaving Isla Mujeres. Adrian is more than a cafe internet provider, he was really a problem solver, kind and helpful. I wish all the best to him, his business and family. God bless you Adrian. If you have a big problem like this, Adrian may help you, beyond the structure of his business. The cafe is a simple local business that provide internet and phone, but Adrian is a good man that provide his help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this guy. He offered to buy me a Chess game from Cancún one day I was passing by his store, just like the one his children were playing. Took my money, and a week later showed up with an old, battered and broken board that wasn’t even similar to the one he offered to buy. He then had the nerve to ask for even more money! When I refused, he only gave me part of my money back “for taxis and expenses”. Total rip off.
