Un cartel iluminado con letras verdes indica el nombre del establecimiento, mientras una pequeña puerta blanca dan la bienvenida. La cantina ofrece cervezas, café y molletes para acompañar. Aquí la música es lo que cuenta, se enfocan en free jazz e improvisación mientras que es en donde se conserva más de la esencia del género.
It is the veteran place of the scene, commanded by the musician Germán Bringas. A sign illuminated with green letters indicates the name of the establishment, while a small white door welcomes you. The canteen offers beers, coffee and muffins to accompany. Here music is what counts, they focus on free jazz and improvisation while that is where more of the essence of the genre is preserved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un espacio súper underground y especial. Definitivamente el lugar parece improvisado y por tanto uno no debe esperar lujo y sofisticación. Si estás acostumbrado a meseros y facturas y vanidad este no es tu lugar. Te atiende Germán con una muy buena vibra y la carta es sencilla: chelas, té o café, y un par de bocadillos como pie u hojaldres. Todo está rico. Se trata de un lugar para disfrutar la música y conocer gente muy interesante, tanto nacionales como extranjeros. No es un restaurante ni un bar. Es algo único es como un zótano secreto en la inmensa ciudad. Por qué cuatro estrellas? Por la música. Ya que es un espacio dedicado al jazz, considero debería haber lineamientos para que se toque ese estilo. Al menos en mi experiencia me tocaron músicos que sólo experimentaban sin armonía ni melodía ni nada. En verdad rompieron el encanto. Yo esperaba oír jazz y sólo recibí ruidos aleatorios e improvisados.
A super underground and special space. Definitely the place seems improvised and therefore one should not expect luxury and sophistication. If you are used to waiters and bills and vanity this is not your place. Germán attends to you with a very good vibe and the menu is simple: chelas, tea or coffee, and a couple of sandwiches such as pie or puff pastry. Everything is delicious. It is a place to enjoy music and meet very interesting people, both national and foreign. It is not a restaurant or a bar. It's something unique is like a secret basement in the huge city. Why four stars? For the music. Since it is a space dedicated to jazz, I think there should be guidelines for that style to be touched. At least in my experience I was played by musicians who only experienced without harmony or melody or anything. They really broke the charm. I expected to hear jazz and I only received random and improvised noises.

Probamos el hojaldre de espinaca y fue espectacular, muy pobre surtido de cervezaa, pero el protagonista es la musica espectacular.
