Don't go, they don't have people and they don't even bother to ask what they want to order, 10 minutes sitting waiting for my order to be taken was enough NO THANKS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riquísima la comida.. delicioso el café.. el trato es excepcional.. pero lo que más me encanta, es la apertura que tienen a los animalitos.. he llevado a mi perrita conmigo ya en dos ocasiones y son bien tiernos con ella.. la verdad nos salvaron una tarde de lluvia que veníamos de regreso del veterinario, amablemente nos permitieron pasar y quedarnos hasta que bajara la tormenta.. son muy amables, y desde entonces ahí compro siempre mi café de grano .
The food is delicious .. the coffee is delicious .. the treatment is exceptional .. but what I love the most is the openness they have to the animals .. I have taken my dog with me twice already and they are very tender with her. The truth is that they saved us one rainy afternoon when we were coming back from the vet, they kindly allowed us to pass and stay until the storm came down ... they are very kind, and since then I always buy my coffee beans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pésima experiencia, son 3 chicas que atienden, nos sentamos y le preguntamos a la mesera que de que eran las enchiladas y nos contesta exactamente... Pues de pollo! Le dice mi novio pero me refiero si son verdes, rojas, mole o de que salsa las preparan?
Eligió las rojas y se fue la mesera 20 min después regresó con las enchiladas, por cierto las enchiladas estaban mega picosas tomando en consideración que yo como bastante picante.
Nunca me tomo la orden a mi y ni nos pregunto que bebidas queríamos tomar
Cuando pudimos ordenar las bebidas le pregunté que como era el café árabe y me contestó que no sabía que fuera a preguntar adentro.
Pedimos unos dedos de novia, por cierto muy ricas pero tuve que ir atrás de ellas 3 veces pararme y buscarlas para recordarles que había pedido los dedos
Nunca se acercaron para ver que más necesitábamos o si queríamos la cuenta muy muy mal servicio
Pedí factura y se tardaron 30 min, por cierto tuve que pararme otra vez a buscarlas para recordarles de mi factura y cuando me la dan estaba mal escrito los datos ya para ese momento yo ya estaba muy muy molesta.
Se culpaba una a la Otra en frente de mi por el error de la factura.
Los alimentos en general bien no está increíbles, nada que ver con el servicio en el centro
Espero esta reseña ayude a mejorar y a los clientes les sirva de apoyo para elegir o no ir a esta sucursal, yo recomiendo Jekemir del centro en Regina.

A terrible experience, there are 3 girls who attend, we sat down and asked the waitress what the enchiladas were and she answered us exactly... Well, chicken! My boyfriend tells him but I mean if they are green, red, mole or what sauce do they prepare them with?
He chose the red ones and the waitress left 20 minutes later she returned with the enchiladas, by the way the enchiladas were mega spicy considering that I eat quite spicy.
He never took my order and never asked us what drinks we wanted to drink.
When we were able to order the drinks I asked him what the Arabic coffee was like and he replied that he didn't know that he was going to ask inside.
We ordered some girlfriend fingers, by the way very delicious but I had to go behind them 3 times to stop and look for them to remind them that I had ordered the fingers
They never came to see what else we needed or if we wanted the bill very very bad service
I asked for an invoice and it took 30 minutes, by the way I had to stop again to look for them to remind them of my invoice and when they gave it to me, the data was wrongly written and by that time I was already very, very upset.
They blamed each other in front of me for the mistake on the bill.
The food is generally good, it is not incredible, nothing to do with the service in the center
I hope this review will help improve and support customers in choosing or not going to this branch, I recommend Jekemir from the center in Regina.
