★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cafe de Olla tasted of plain water. Spoke with barista about displeasure. Was told it's fine, they follow a recipe, to add sugar. Two sugar packs and a shot of creme de tequila later it still lacked flavor. Spoke with a female barista and was told to pay for a second shot of coffee. I disputed paying a second time for bad coffee. The manager directed the barista to fix the coffee. She did in an unashamed display of arrogance, slamming things, huffing and rolling eyes. Two shots I tasted the coffee, but still not a good cafe de olla. Kudos to the manager for trying to make it right. Dont recommend this location on Indepencia Av Tlaquepaque.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a cafe latte and it was really nice and strong and a good temperature. Not to hot or cold. Sometime the milk tastes powdered in Mexico but I did not detect that here at all. Try it if you like strong and properly made European style coffee. I think they serve USA and Mexican styles as well.
