Terrible service by the manager, you ask her for something and she serves you what she wants, then she does not want to accept what you asked for and that she was wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy cómodos sillones. Café caliente y cargado. Ambiente muy agradable. Baños muy limpios. Mucha limpieza. También hay periódicos de cortesía. Y estacionamiento gratuito. Acaban de realizar un reacomodo de mobiliario, lo cual permite que la clientela se encuentre bien y relajada. También cuenta con aire acondicionado, lo que hace la permanencia muy muy agradable. Se gana cada estrella, igual que el Corporativo de la marca, que sí escucha a sus clientes.
Very comfortable armchairs. Hot and loaded coffee. Very nice atmosphere. Very clean bathrooms A lot of cleaning. There are also complimentary newspapers. And free parking. They have just made a rearrangement of furniture, which allows the clientele to be well and relaxed. It also has air conditioning, which makes the stay very pleasant. Each star is won, just like the corporate brand, which does listen to its customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que mal lugar, probé la bebida especial de Hersheys y dejó mucho que desear. Muchas cosas de las que ofrecen no las tenían disponibles pero no te lo dicen hasta que te lo entregan. Por ejemplo mi bebida llevaba unos bites de chocolate, me di cuenta que no se los habían puesto y hasta ese momento me dijeron que no tenían. No volvería a ir a esa sucursal.
What a bad place, I tried the Hersheys special drink and it left a lot to be desired. Many of the things they offer were not available but they do not tell you until they deliver it to you. For example, my drink had some chocolate bites, I realized that they had not put them in and until that moment they told me that they did not have them. I would never go to that branch again.
