Primero la báscula no servía y me dijeron que le calcularían el peso, segundo me dieron a escoger entre grano Express o Americano, solicité Americano y la persona que me atendía no supo diferenciar entre un grano y otro, diciéndome que los habían revuelto y que si quería arriesgarme al café que me diera. Pregunté que si había alguien que supiera la diferencia y pudiera atenderme. Me respondió que ella sabía pero se los habían cambiado de lugar. Me retiré y jamás volveré a ese lugar.
Terrible attention. I went for the first time and wanted to buy ground coffee. First the scale did not work and they told me that they would calculate the weight, second they gave me a choice between Express or American grain, I requested American and the person who was attending to me did not know how to differentiate between one grain and another, telling me that they had been stirred and that if I wanted to risk the coffee he gave me. I asked if there was someone who knew the difference and could assist me. She replied that she knew but they had been moved. I retired and will never return to that place.
