Nos hicieron pasar un mal día. Aparte mucho desorden, los meseros a cada rato en las mesas preguntando quién pidió los platillos. Con razón el lugar estaba vacío cuando llegamos... y el gerente Juan Enrique (con un pin que decía "en capacitación") lo único que ofreció fue una disculpa y verificar en la cocina porqué tardaron tanto. Ni un vaso de agua de cortesía como gesto para compensar su extrema demora y servicio deficiente. En cuanto a la comida, nada extraordinario y porciones escasas, así tipo mucha lechuga y tres pedacitos de carne en la ensalada. La bebida pedí una limonada con agua mineral y ya no estaba gasificada, también el limón como que se les fue uno amargo. El panecito de mantequilla muy bueno. Los meseros son amables, aunque hay poco personal y eso lo hace un poco tardado. El huarache Madero está rico, el aguacate venía no tan fresco. Puede mejor. El café americano me gusta mucho aquí y su panadería.???? I like that the restaurant is clean, before entering there is a sink with soap and antibacterial gel, they take care of the Covid protocol.
