★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En extremo sucio, tanto cocina como salón, ningún integrante con cubrebocas, el chico que recibe las órdenes tanto para llevar como para comer allí, muy déspota, al momento de limpiar mesas solo tiraba los restos al suelo y en ningún momento pasaron la escoba para barrer los desperdicios que tiraban de la mesa al suelo, los ventiladores con cochambre, las sillas con reciduos de comida, mugre y polvo ya pegados a la madera, la cocina desde lejos se miraba sucia, no quiero imaginar cómo lavan los trastes, mi estancia fue aproximada de una hora ya que si tenía gente y por lo mismo pensé que su servicio era bueno justo me dio tiempo de todas estas observaciones que les doy.

Todo esto en el café “Nuevo modelo”, ubicado en la zona centro de la ciudad de Álamo, Veracruz, (frente a la presidencia), atendido por sus propietarios y amigos, juntos le ofrecen un ambiente familiar y agradable.
(Erick Medina: este café jamás ha tenido sillas de madera, actualmente se tiene una mesa grande de madera que tiene adheridas dos bancas).
