★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El café Punta del Cielo está ubicado dentro del EGADE del ITESM, CSF. Es una cafetería pequeña, no tiene baños, pero a 10 metros están los baños de EGADE. El servicio es tardado y muchas veces no sabe tan bien el café. Su personal es amable, pero se estresa mucho y muy rápido.
The Punta del Cielo café is located within the EGADE of ITESM, CSF. It is a small cafeteria, it does not have bathrooms, but 10 meters away are the EGADE bathrooms. The service is slow and often the coffee does not taste as good. Its staff is friendly, but it gets stressed very quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí el frappé de chocolate y no tenía nada de sabor como otras ocasiones. Cuando le comenté al barista, me contestó de una manera despota que esa era la medida. El "chocolate" no era más que leche frappeada por lo que le pregunté si no era posible agregarle chocolate. El caballero se lo tomó literal y de mala gana le echó chocolate en polvo hasta arriba. El chocolate sabe igual a pesar de mezclarlo. No vuelvo a comprar ahí.
I ordered the chocolate frappe and it had nothing to taste like other occasions. When I told the barista, he replied in a despotic way that this was the measure. The "chocolate" was nothing but milk frappe, so I asked him if it was not possible to add chocolate. The gentleman took it literally and reluctantly poured chocolate powder on top. Chocolate tastes the same despite mixing it. I do not buy there again.
