Somos Eco-pâtisserie Ruta de la Seda, un café con panadería y repostería orgánica que toma su inspiración de la antigua red de caminos que conectó durante siglos a Oriente y Occidente. En el verano de 2007 abrimos en Coyoacán como un proyecto gastronómico enfocado en el apoyo a pequeños productores locales comprometidos con la agricultura orgánica y el comercio justo. Desde entonces somos la primera casa de repostería orgánica del país. Siempre hemos procurado mantener al menos un 70 % de insum

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maison Kaiser or better yet Maison Mexican. Wonderful and creative pastries, breakfast and sandwiches. Try the molletes (beans over baked bread and cheese) or the Concha de Jamaica (pastries). Good atmosphere. Coffee is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bread, coffee and tea are the good things in this place. They try for chilaquiles and it's not a good one. The space is small and the even early in the morning they do not have all the bread in the menu. They should be organizing better as they plan to expand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favorite place so far @coyoacan. Definitely expensive but equally worthy. The croque madam was delicious ? the chocolate and pain au chocolat uneventful but not bad. They take their time so don't come in a hurry.
