★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent coffee, nice ambiance, good service. Probably one of the best if not the best place for coffee in Campeche. Looks like the food is good too although I haven't tried it yet. I've been three times and will definitely be back next time in Campeche. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sotavento has a great and flexible service, the food is fresh, homely and of good quality. Prices are perfect and they have tasty promotions that change every day. Located a couple of blocks from the city center, the place is relaxed and enjoyable with AC. I loved their "conchas." I hope you like the decoration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I almost docked this place 1 star because of a monumental screw up with my order (they gave me a meat version of my molé instead of the vegetarian one I ordered and didn't even apologize for it) but I have to admit that I was blown away by the molé sauce. It was so intense and flavourful; the best I had in Mexico. I also ate there a couple more times, always good and their desserts are excellent as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just go here and experience it, not much else to say. My wife and I have traveled from Puerto Morelos twice just to come to this place, just be aware that some wall at may not be suitable for the kiddies but well suited for guys if you get my drift. Not expensive, some food great views and a great time getting there unless you stay in the motel on property. Just go I promise you won't regret it, and try the Tamarindo drink like many others suggest.
