This restaurant was listed as "permanently closed". Fortunately it is not. In fact I just had a really delicious plate of Milanesa de pollo and a tasty bottle of Spanish wine there last week (6/22/19). I believe it's only open on weekends. Sub Real has a few seats out front. It's a bit slanty, on a sidewalk on a hill, but very much worth sitting and enjoying the well prepared food, excellent ambiance, and personable service. My daughter had a baguette sandwich perfectly crusty bread. My Milanesa and beans were on target. The server was extremely friendly and attentive. There are only a few restaurants in Real de Catorce and this was our absolute favorite. The food quality was much better than at the pretentious 'Italian' place on the corner and the wine was a perfect compliment to the food and mood. It appears to have limited hours. If it's open and there's a free seat, enjoy. Sadly, it is not listed on Trip Advisor, while several lesser places are.
