★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little café in Silao. Breakfast was the Popeye omelet: fresh spinach with mushrooms. Coffee: latte. Both were good. Small bookshelf offers some reading material in both Spanish and English. Owner speaks very good English. Wait staff was kind and attentive. Foreigners may be missing out on a great place. You have to give them a try.
