La primera vez llegue me pare frente a la caja pero las dos empleadas no paraban de hablar entre ellas para darles mi orden... una a la otra le estaba encargando algo fuera del local y le explicaba y le entregaba dinero.. pero fue demasiado tiempo cuando empece a alejarme fue donde notaron que me había molestado... Y ese día no compre nada... Hoy (jueves 7 de junio 2012) antes de las 12 del mediodía llegue y la señorita, la mas alta de las 3 que había y que estaba en la caja... estuvo un rato checando no se que pero entonces le dije por favor un cuarto de planchuela y caracolillo.. y me contesto "si" .. y siguió con lo suyo.. cuando decidió cobrar lo que le pedía... marco algo en la caja y me cobro el equivalente a un kilo!! ... Le dije que porque esa cantidad??? si le había pedido un cuarto y había contestado que si!!! Me contesto molesta que no había problema que corregía la cantidad... después esperaba mi café y llego otra de fuera y pregunto que quien seguía porque la tercera estaba ocupada... y la cajera le dijo que yo pero que estaban pesando cuatro kilos... y me saltaron.. lo cual entiendo pero por un lado no creo que el cliente que lleva 4 kilos se molestara por que hubieran atendido a alguien que solo llevaba 250 Grms.... pero no solicite atención especial... al ver que se estaban tardando mucho y yo tenia una cita y se hacia tarde ... le dije a la que estaba moliendo el café que regresaría mas tarde por mi café... pero ella no volteo ni hizo ninguna seña de que me había oído... y le pregunte "me escucho??" y aun sin voltear dijo... " si"... Las empleadas tiene aparte de un problema de actitud uno de audición por lo que comprobé... Y comentando esto con amigos me dicen que a ellos les ha pasado lo mismo... ser mal atendidos por las empleadas.. Que no hay un jefe que las supervise????? I told the one I was grinding the coffee that I would return later for my coffee ... but she didn't turn around or make any sign that she had heard me. .. and I asked "do you hear me ??" and even without turning around he said ... "yes" ... The employees have a hearing problem apart from an attitude problem, so I checked ... And commenting on this with friends they tell me that the same thing happened to them .. Being poorly cared for by the maids .. That there is no boss to supervise them ?????
