★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parte del personal es amable otros no, me hicieron sentir incómoda varias veces, unas veces imputables a ellos, otras a mi familia, había en la parte de arriba un área donde antes del covid solía acudir y lleve a mi mamá a esa área, subió un varón mayor de edad muy molesto, regañándome que por qué me había introducido a esa área, que esa parte no estaba sanitisada, y coloco unas sillas muy molesto, obstaculizando el paso, le dije que yo no sabía, que viera las cámaras, después le llamaron la atención a mis nietas porque la más pequeña de casi 2 años corría en el área de libros. Finalmente pase al área de cafetería donde el personal es muy amable, realice un consumo total de más de 800 pesos y en estos tiempos, considero deben dar un buen trato a la clientela, por ello no recomiendo ese sitio.
