El día de hoy (25 de noviembre de 2019) me dispuse a comer en las instalaciones de Café Diseño del CIDI y me llevé una experiencia completamente desagradable. Ordené unas enchiladas suizas con un costo de $52 y pagué con un billete de $100, con lo que me deberían de haber regresado $48 de cambio, cosa que no fue así. Se me regresaron $50 pesos en un billete del mismo valor, comí y me dispuse a comprar una bebida y regresar los $2 que se me dieron de más. Cuando la ordeno y pago con el mismo billete que me entregó el mismo atendiente del establecimiento me dice que es falso. A esto yo respondo que fue él quién me lo entregó hace apenas unos instantes (de hecho fue la orden #129 tomada en un horario de 13:00 a 14:30 aproximadamente, esto para que identifiquen al atendiente en turno y se tomen medidas al respecto, porque esto fue un robo), acto seguido le menciono que el mismo me hizo entrega de ese billete y él actúa como si jamás lo hubiese hecho y me mandan a volar con sed y con la incomodidad de haber "hecho" un pago con un billete falso.
Vaya servicio; si este establecimiento "Café Diseño" tiene como servicio y atención al cliente estas acciones, no sé qué rayos hacen en la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
A bad experience within the University.
Today (November 25, 2019) I prepared to eat at the facilities of Café Diseño del CIDI and took a completely unpleasant experience. I ordered some Swiss enchiladas with a cost of $ 52 and paid with a $ 100 bill, so I should have returned $ 48 in exchange, which was not the case. I returned $ 50 pesos on a ticket of the same value, I ate and prepared to buy a drink and return the $ 2 that was given to me. When I order and pay with the same ticket that the same attendant of the establishment gave me, he tells me that it is false. To this I answer that it was he who handed it to me just a few moments ago (in fact it was the order # 129 taken at a time of approximately 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., this so that they identify the attendant in turn and take action at respect, because this was a robbery), immediately I mention that he gave me that ticket and he acts as if I had never done it and they send me to thirst and with the discomfort of having "made" a payment with A fake ticket.
What a service; If this establishment "Café Diseño" has these actions as a service and customer service, I don't know what the hell they do at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
