★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dueño estafa a los nuevos inquilinos, pide miles de renta y ni te da opciones para que puedas crecer como negocio. La terraza la cobra a parte y no tienes opción de rentar a tu conveniencia, tiene que ser a su conveniencia. ESTAFA TOTAL!!!
