★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí desde hace años en varias ocasiones durante mis visitas a Valles, pero tenía tiempo sin ir (3 años aproximadamente). La verdad esta última vez (hace una semana) nos decepcionó. El puerco en salsa verde en mi migada ni se notó. Totalmente falto de sabor y trozos de carne tamaño miniatura. El café con leche estuvo terrible. Era leche con sólo un toque de café. El chocomilk sabía casi a pura vainilla (tiene sabor muy fuerte). Los precios en los platillos no son altos, pero en mi opinión no van a la par de un lugar que está en la cochera de una casa y de la mano con la calidad que nos sirvieron. Un ejemplo son los chilaquiles con cecina (que no pedí por el precio) en $120 pesos. Si a eso le agregas el costo de tu bebida y la propina, para mi gusto en definitiva no vale la pena.
I've been going for years on several occasions during my visits to Valles, but I hadn't been there in a while (approximately 3 years). The truth this last time (a week ago) we were disappointed. The pork in green sauce in my migada was not even noticeable. Totally lacking in flavor and miniature sized chunks of meat. The coffee with milk was terrible. It was milk with just a hint of coffee. The chocomilk tasted almost like pure vanilla (it has a very strong flavor). The prices of the dishes are not high, but in my opinion they are not on a par with a place that is in the garage of a house and hand in hand with the quality that they served us. An example is the chilaquiles with cecina (which I didn't order because of the price) at $120 pesos. If you add to that the cost of your drink and the tip, for my taste it is definitely not worth it.
