About Cafeteria Maya Vinic

This shop is run by a producers' cooperative, and beans are also distributed in Japan as Fair Torredo beans. The taste, quality and price are all the best in Sankuri! Recommended is hand drip coffee ☕️

Good coffee. You can buy beans there as well, and they support the farmers through fair trade.

Maya Vinic has the best coffee I've had. My family lives in Chiapas (I lived there 15 years) and every time I go visit I always buy plenty of coffee for the rest of the year. The dark roast gourmet is my preferred blend—with a strong smell and the perfect amount of bitterness. They also have small bags (250g each) which I find are perfect gifts or souvenirs. Honey, dark chocolate bars and a couple other products are usually available too, but the star of the show is definitely their coffee.

Amazing coffee. Fair trade and farmer-collective owned. Chiapas coffee at it’s finest.
