★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general bien; pero me hicieron pagar el menú de comida completo, pedí dos comidas del día completo y el tercero solo el plato fuerte, sin sopa ni arroz, y me hicieron pagar las tres comidas completas. ?
 Generally good; but they made me pay for the full meal menu, I ordered two full day meals and the third just the main course, no soup or rice, and they made me pay for all three meals. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí una pechuga rellena de queso y jamón, la pechuga estaba pasada o echada a perder, le comente al mesero, s e llevó el plato a la cocina, regreso y me dijo que los cocineros ya habían PROBADO la pechuga y que estaba bien, que no tenía nada malo y que además ya había comido más de la mitad de la pechuga, por supuesto que le devolvi el plato ya que no iba a comer algo que alguien más ya había PROBADO Y ADEMÁS HACIÉNDOME VER COMO QUE YO ESTABA INVENTANDO LAS COSAS y no a gusto con eso, al final en la cuenta quería cobrarme el platillo sin que yo me diera cuenta, ya que no pusieron la cantidad ni el concepto pero el resultado d ela cuenta era más, en el total me lo estaban cobrando a fuerza y con engaños. ANTES YA HABÍA IDO A COMER Y NO TUVE PROBLEMAS pero definitivamente con este acto no vuelvo a ir ni lo recomiendo para NADA, PESIMO TRATO AL CLIENTE Y SOLUCION DE PROBLEMAS.
I ordered a breast stuffed with cheese and ham, the breast was past or spoiled, I told the waiter, he took the plate to the kitchen, he came back and told me that the cooks had already TASTED the breast and that it was fine, that no there was nothing wrong with it and also that I had already eaten more than half of the breast, of course I returned the plate since I was not going to eat something that someone else had already TASTE AND ALSO MAKING ME LOOK LIKE I WAS INVENTING THINGS and not comfortable with that, at the end of the account they wanted to charge me for the dish without me realizing it, since they did not put the amount or the concept but the result of the account was more, in the total they were charging me by force and with tricks. BEFORE I HAD ALREADY GONE TO EAT AND I HAD NO PROBLEMS but definitely with this act I will not go again nor recommend it for ANYTHING, AWFUL CUSTOMER TREATMENT AND PROBLEM SOLVING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio a la carta alrededor de las 3-4 pm, tardan mucho tiempo en atender, el personal no logra atender adecuadamente con respecto al número de clientes, lo visite en 2 ocasiones y el servicio fue deficiente, después de las 10:00 pm el servicio cambia, el Chef está al pendiente y el servicio es bueno en ese horario.
