★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si buscan un lugar con buen sabor pero con pésima atención y servicio, este es su lugar. Si quieren un lugar donde sean tratados de forma amable, este definitivamente no es su lugar.
La comida es rica, tienen gran variedad, pero el trato hace que el sabor se pierda. También a cada rato incrementan precios sin previo aviso, a la hora de pagar es cuando uno se entera que ciertos precios cambiaron. Si pides algún complemento se molestan o en el caso del café con REFILL, ya ni una segunda taza quieren dar cuando está anunciado en el menú que es rellenable.
Una última cosa, en ocasiones te sirven las cosas con la mano, o si se les cae así te lo dan (creen que uno no se da cuenta), me entregaron una gelatina donde yo ví que la sirvió con los dedos y al dármela a la gelatina se le veían las huellas y un pan que se les cayó así me lo dieron igual (obvio no me los comí). Si no les había dicho nada es por lo mismo, la comida tiene buen sabor, pero ya soporté muchos tratos groseros y definitivamente no volveré a ir.
En conclusión, cocinan rico, pero su higiene y amabilidad dejan muchísimo que desear.
If you are looking for a place with good flavor but with terrible attention and service, this is your place. If you want a place where you are treated kindly, this is definitely not your place.
The food is rich, they have a great variety, but the treatment causes the flavor to be lost. Also at every moment they increase prices without prior notice, when it is time to pay it is when one finds out that certain prices have changed. If you ask for any add-on they bother or in the case of coffee with REFILL, not even a second cup they want to give when it is announced in the menu that is refillable.
One last thing, sometimes they serve things with your hand, or if they fall like that they give it to you (they think you don't realize it), they gave me a jello where I saw that they served it with their fingers and when I gave it to the jello could see the prints and a bread that fell like this gave me the same (obviously I did not eat them). If I had not told you anything, it is for the same reason, the food tastes good, but I have already endured many rude deals and I will definitely not go again.
In conclusion, they cook rich, but their hygiene and kindness leave a lot to be desired.
