Hasta entonces pensaba que comer saludable era insípido y siempre que voy sé que encontraré buen sabor, armonía en las mezclas y a precios super accesibles. Ningún lugar como este en Oaxaca. Quisiera que hubieran sucursales ?
I love having found a place where its owner (Angy) has a love for what she does, takes care of the origin of the inputs supporting small producers in fair trade. Until then I thought that eating healthy was insipid and whenever I go I know that I will find good flavor, harmony in the mixes and at super accessible prices. No place like this in Oaxaca. I wish there were branches ?

Started of with a fresh vegetable soup. Then went on to tacos, a tostada and finished it of with some plantain with almond cream.
The food is really fresh and light. She doesn't use oil and very little salt in the cooking. But still everything was really tasty.
It is a bit outside of town but worth a visit if you have time.
Very affordable prices!
