★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small, unassuming place that is rustic, but with any kind of extraction method you like, be it cappuccino machine, French press, AeroPress. Really anything. It's also quite cozy even though it's a tiny place with only 3 tables.
Best of all are the quality local coffee beans that make a delicious and aromatic coffee full of complex aromas and flavors.
If you put sugar in your coffee, you'll need to taste the coffee before you do so because it's that good. Depending on when you're here you'll be delighted by coffee from Sierra Norte, Mixteca or some other spectacular local coffee variety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best latte I had in Oaxaca. If you like a strong, rich tasting coffee, this is the place to come. I went coffee tasting to different cafes throughout the month that I was in Oaxaca and finally tried Cafeto & Baristas on my last day. It was a perfect way to wrap up my trip, just wish I went to them more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious coffee but the milk drinks were not great. The cappuccino we ordered had far too much milk and foam. The flat white was good, the milk used is quite sweet. However, the coffee itself is very high quality, I would advise drinking it black, either as a pour over or americano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful, cozy place. Could spend hours in here. Delicious pastry and good coffee. Not great, but it’s a personal preference. (They roast the beans a bit too much.)

Don't get me wrong - it isn't bad.
OTOH, it isn't the greatest ever (there's probably better places within 2 blocks in any direction).
That said, if you're in a pinch, it's a perfectly adequate place to go get some coffee...
