Nice place to have brunch with coffee but very very slow.

We were the only table in the restaurant. The order was incorrect twice, the pizza was terrible, and the service was slow. I have never liked the food here the three times I’ve been.

Good food... Agreable place... Human resources have job to do with the new personal... But well in general... Recommendable

The service is really good. The beverage are delicious, I asked for the avocado toast, the portion was really small and they didn't add the arugula.

From the moment my family and I stepped into this cafe we were looked at as if we were from another planet. Not a single of the 4 waiters came to our table until about 15 minutes after being seated. We ordered our drinks and food- we only received the drinks about 20 min later. We finished our drinks and still no signs of our food. Meanwhile other patrons, who arrived after us, received their drinks and food. When I asked why our food was taking so long, our waiter seemed shocked that we hadn't received our food. Isn't this their job, to ensure we receive our order correctly? When the food finally came out, we all received it at different times. Then, they even had the audacity to suggest I leave a 20% tip, which I did, but they honestly did not deserve. Not to mention the group of overly loud children setaed at the table behind us and the moms did not say a single word to them.. This was the worst experiences I have ever had at any establishment. Even street food vendors have provided higher quality service! I suggest better training for all staff at this establishment. They clearly lack the etiquette to be in the service industry.

One of the best places for coffee in Saltillo - and decent food as well. We went for breakfast and liked it. First real hot, decently strong Americano I had for a while. This already made our day. Friendly service - keeping very friendly even when we asked a little puzzled how the muesli they served matches up with the picture in the menu showing so much fruit. My wife also needed the quesadillas to go back for heating... Given the amount of staff we were not happy about how long it took to get change after paying. But it was entertaining to see the girls happily dancing to the music on the radio. The restaurant was quiet in the morning, but got more busy around 11am. We will try to come back for cocktails at night. Maybe then we also have a chance to understand the quotes on the walls - a Mexican and German combined effort was not able to crack Nietzsche and Freud without the help of alcohol... ;-)

The food is good. It's pricey for breakfast. Overrated prices.
