★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preciosos acabados, decoración y vajilla. El lugar te atrae desde su fachada de madera lisa. Agradable música relajante. Excelente atención de la encargada y las 2 meseras. La encargada denota conocimiento y gusto sobre el café: tipos de café, tipos de preparación, equipos, etc. Ellos mismos purifican su agua, tienen el equipo en la cocina. En la mesa hay 1 botella de vidrio de 1 litro de su agua y 2 vasos de vidrio estéticos. Cuentan con un sifón japonés negro y dorado con iluminación roja. Las meseras portan bien el cubreboca y de forma permanente.
En esta mi 1° visita no probé alimentos, pero recomiendo la bebida que probé: el té de cáscaras de café. Se sirve una parte en una copa y la otra parte se queda en un matraz con tapa hermética. Es rendidor, poquito provee un sabor duradero en el paladar. No tienes prisa por tomártelo porque el matraz lo mantiene caliente.
Nos vemos pronto para desayunar, o para comer temprano.
Beautiful finishes, decoration and crockery. The place attracts you from its smooth wooden facade. Nice relaxing music. Excellent attention from the manager and the 2 waitresses. The person in charge denotes knowledge and taste about coffee: types of coffee, types of preparation, equipment, etc. They purify their water themselves, they have the equipment in the kitchen. On the table there is 1 glass bottle of 1 liter of your water and 2 aesthetic glass glasses. They feature a black and gold Japanese siphon with red lighting. The waitresses wear the face mask well and permanently.
In this, my 1st visit, I did not try food, but I recommend the drink I tried: the coffee husk tea. One part is served in a glass and the other part remains in a flask with an airtight lid. It is yielding, a little provides a lasting flavor on the palate. You are not in a hurry to drink it because the flask keeps it warm.
