★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué en el cambio de personal, motivo por el cual se desconectó la pantalla de "Servicio de automovil", asi que perdí tiempo en esperar que los carros de adelante (2 vehículos) hicieran su pedido directamente en ventanilla y, luego, mi pedido tambien en ventanilla. Al decirle a la persona de ventanilla que me atendió que la pantalla no servía, me contesta que en el cambio de turno se apaga, a lo que le comenté "y que culpa tenemos nosotros nos clientes" y me contesta "nosotros no podemos estar todo el día aquí". No me molestó que me contestara, me molestó que la directiva de caffenio no implemente un sistema en el que no deba de apagarse la pantalla de pedidos en vehículos, ya que el apagar la pantalla en el cambio de turno, es molesto para el cliente. Se supone que caffenio debe de ocasionar lo menos de molestia al cliente. Asi que HOY NO ME GUSTÓ EL SERVICIO.
I arrived in the personnel change, which is why the "Car service" screen was disconnected, so I wasted time waiting for the cars in front (2 vehicles) to place their order directly at the window and, later, my order too at the window. When I told the person at the window who attended me that the screen did not work, he replied that in the change of shift it was turned off, to which I commented "and what fault are we clients" and he answers "we cannot be all the day here ". It did not bother me that he answered me, it bothered me that the caffenio management does not implement a system in which the order screen should not be turned off in vehicles, since turning off the screen at the change of shift is annoying for the customer. Caffenio is supposed to cause the least amount of inconvenience to the customer. So TODAY I DID NOT LIKE THE SERVICE.

Mejor me quedo y sigo pidiendo mi lateada de fresa jumbo con Nutela
