★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, tardan demaciado en esta sucursal no hablo del producto ya que es muy bueno yo solo hablo del personal nose si no hay personal o son lentos pero tanto como cliente y repartidor de las plataformas existentes son demaciado lentos en entregar los productos , consejería que metan más personal.
 Bad service, they take too long in this branch, I'm not talking about the product since it's very good, I'm only talking about the staff, I don't know if there is no staff or they are slow, but both as a customer and as a distributor of the existing platforms, they are too slow to deliver the products, counseling that add more staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , se equivocaron 3 veces al tomarnos la orden , nos tuvieron en fila 20 minutos , ni si quiera sabían si nos habían dado ya el cambio , pedí un late frío , me dieron una lateada y cuando se las regrese me dieron un late caliente con unos cuantos hielos , sabiendo horrbile, la fila se hizo larguísima por ese error , jamás volvemos
Terrible service, they made a mistake 3 times when taking our order, they kept us in line for 20 minutes, they didn't even know if they had already given us the change, I asked for a cold latte, they gave me a latte and when I returned it they gave me a hot latte with a few ice, knowing horrbile, the line became very long because of that mistake, we never return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time being here, customer service was great! I ordered Ice chia latte and a yogurt freeze.. the chia was unexpectedly good and the yogurt freeze needed to be creamier..over all this is a great place.
