★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, le doy dos estrellas por las instalaciones, lastima que la atención no es igual para todos, tardaron una hora si no es que más en traerme una bebida solamente, seguía llegando gente a la cual atendían y yo que había llegado antes aún no me traían mi bebida, fui con mis amigas quienes terminaron de comer y tomar pero a mi no me traían lo que pedí
 Terrible attention, I give it two stars for the facilities, it's a pity that the attention is not the same for everyone, it took an hour if not more to bring me just a drink, people kept arriving who were attended to and I who had arrived before still did not they brought me my drink, I went with my friends who finished eating and drinking but they didn't bring me what I ordered

Pedí un espresso doble y fué una decepción al instante, el café falto de cuerpo, denota una falta de compactación con el tamper o que la máquina y no llega a los 9bares de presión para poder extraer al menos un resabio de crema durante la extracción.
Un croissant de almendras, posiblemente el peor ? que e probado, en ningún momento lo levaron parece hecho al aventón o que les llega congelado y no tienen el proceso adecuado para dejarlo reposar y por el precio de verdad que esperas algo digno de llamarse así.
Las enchiladas suizas "bien" nada fuera de lo común, aguas con el calor del plato porque no te avisan que está ardiendo.
Lo que les urge más es un curso a su personal, la cajera, la barista y el dependiente de comedor platicando frente a mí por lo menos 10 minutos los cuales llevo esperando me retiren el servicio.
Tienen un lugar hermoso visualmente pero la carta, la calidad de los alimentos y el personal demeritan todo.
Espero regresar y encontrarme con una grata sorpresa
The place is nice, excellent furniture and facilities, very clean and tidy.
I ordered a double espresso and it was an instant disappointment, the coffee lacking in body, denotes a lack of compaction with the tamper or that the machine does not reach 9 bars of pressure to be able to extract at least a trace of crema during extraction.
An almond croissant, possibly the worst ? I've ever tasted, at no time did they pick it up, it seems like it was hitchhiked or that it arrives frozen and they don't have the proper process to let it rest and for the price you really expect something worthy of being called that.
The Swiss enchiladas "good" nothing out of the ordinary, waters with the heat of the plate because they do not tell you that it is burning.
What they most urgently need is a course for their staff, the cashier, the barista and the dining room clerk talking in front of me for at least 10 minutes, which I have been waiting for the service to be withdrawn.
They have a visually beautiful place but the menu, the quality of the food and the staff detract from everything.
I hope to return and find a pleasant surprise

Falto de atención, grosero, cargos extras en el ticket.
Total, terminamos por salir de ahí rápido por su lastimosa falta de atención al cliente.
Lástima que las instalaciones les quedarán hermosas pero unas clases de educación al personal les caerían super!
The service from the waiter was complete agony.
Inattentive, rude, extra charges on the ticket.
Total, we ended up getting out of there quickly because of their pitiful lack of customer service.
Too bad the facilities will be beautiful but some education classes for the staff would be super!
