★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maravilloso lugar para adquirir productos cárnicos, pollo y pescado. En raras ocasiones no ha habido producto pero son en muy esporádicas ocasiones. En general son precios bastante contenidos pero con calidad y frescura ya sea nacional. Aquí vale la pena porque puedes pedir el tamaño y porciones que quieras de un producto. Cosa que no pasa con cierta cadena de carnes que solo son productos ya envasados y no puedes pedir que te corten el producto. El único problema es para pagar con tarjeta pues te piden identificación

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CAFISON quiere decir Carnes Finas de Sonora. Entre otras cosas yo frecuentemente machaca, carne seca, hoy compré medio kilo en aproximadamente $132. Tiene una variedad enorme de cortes finos de de pollo incluso mariscos quesos y pastas. Siempre hay gente, sobre todo los sábados y ahí se ven cortando la carne. Si hablas un día antes te pueden tener todo tu pedido ya preparado y solamente pasar y pagarlo. Un lugar que recomiendo por la altísima calidad de la carne fina de Sonora. Surten a restaurantes especializados y tienen muchísimos años ya operando. Te recomiendo la arrachera marinada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo hablaré acerca de lo que ya llevo tiempo comprando y consumiendo, rib eye lip on nacional. Suave, jugoso y no tiene muy marcado el sabor a oxido característico de la carne de res. Top sirloin, muy muy buen color y jugos de coccion, lo recomiendo asar en carbon y dejarlo en termino 3/4, una porcion de 400 gr para una persona con un poco de pure, es mas que suficiente.
T-bone, igual, buena materia prima en general, solo he comprado una sola vez su arrachera marinada Premium, de las mejores que he probado. Tienen suficiente variedad, manejan empaquetado al vacio y con emplaye. Aceptan pago con tarjeta y me parece que tambien aceptan pedidos para ir a recoger y pagar en ese mismo dia mas tarde.

Puedes encontrar desde cortes, pollo, pescado y hasta pasta artesanal.
Lo que es muy bueno es que TODO VIENE EMPAQUETADO AL VACÍO Y CONGELADO.
La atención es excelente lo que provoca que en ocasiones sea mucho el tiempo de espera.
CIERRAN A LAS 5 Y NO ABREN LOS DOMINGOS.
Como recomendación llega temprano ya que en puentes, vacaciones y fines de semana la fila es muy larga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De mis lugares preferidos para comprar cortes de carne. Los tienen casi todos. Ribeye, New York, Tomahawk, T bone, baby back, short rib, filte. Ufff ! Buena relación calidad precio, siempre hay mucha gente en la fila. Nunca vayas un viernes o sábado temprano porque pierdes tus dos horas mínimo. Prevee tus compras y ve por tus cortes los primeros días de la semana. También tienen número telefónico que recibe pedidos y los entregan a domicilio, realizas tu pedido en lunes y entregan miércoles o jueves.
