★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay mejor plato en Hermosillo que la caguamanta de Sergio. Lejos las mejores salsas. Sazón de a buenas, bien reportados los tacos y nomás de escribir se me hace agua la boca. No hay visitante que no lo lleve a probar. Es sabor fuerte a comparación de otras caguamanta pero está sabrosiimsima acompañada de un jugo de naranja natural, unos chiles jalapeños curtidos por el, salcita habanera y macha. Cierra los martes! Se pone por las mañanas.
There is no better dish in Hermosillo than Sergio's caguamanta. Far the best sauces. Good seasoning, well-informed tacos and just writing my mouth water. There is no visitor who does not take it to try. It is strong flavor compared to other caguamanta but it is very tasty accompanied by a natural orange juice, some jalapeño peppers tanned by it, habanera and macha salcita. Close Tuesdays! It gets in the morning.
