Las Churrasquerías tienen su origen en el sur de Brasil, en la región de Río Grande; rica en ganadería, donde los gauchos (charros) desarrollan su trabajo.
Antiguamente al sacrificar el ganado, los gauchos recibían carne que cocinaban en fogatas utilizando sus espadas; de esta forma nace la cocción de la carne tipo gaucho, también conocida como rodizio, donde los selectos cortes mantienen su jugo al cocinarse lentamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well , be prepared it is mostly buffet so they bring food for you to choose , remember to choose well cause meat comes at the end beware it is mead red, you can ask to cook it more it can take little time , coffee to go is not advised at this time they are not prepared for it , one more thing my server would desapear quite often food is ok .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been there several times in the last years and i have been quite happy with my visits. However lately a have the feeling that the quality of the food is not as good as earlier years although the cost has been going up. As soon as i arrived a waiter passed right my me and i asked him to serve me of what he had and he did not wanted to serve me. He said hed be right back but it took him over 30 min to return with that particular dish. I probably wont ever go back.
