Las Churrasquerías tienen su origen en el sur de Brasil, en la región de Río Grande; rica en ganadería, donde los gauchos (charros) desarrollan su trabajo.
Antiguamente al sacrificar el ganado, los gauchos recibían carne que cocinaban en fogatas utilizando sus espadas; de esta forma nace la cocción de la carne tipo gaucho, también conocida como rodizio, donde los selectos cortes mantienen su jugo al cocinarse lentamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the promotion after 7 pm on monday to thursday. The buffet is not working because of Covid, so they created carts for the buffet and Brazilian swords. Few options, not good quality, the service sometimes asked me if I was not done like telling I ate to much, but sometimes I was 5-10 min without anything being offered. As Brazilian I have been in many Brazilian steakhouse and this one is one of the worse.
