Las Churrasquerías tienen su origen en el sur de Brasil, en la región de Río Grande; rica en ganadería, donde los gauchos (charros) desarrollan su trabajo.
Antiguamente al sacrificar el ganado, los gauchos recibían carne que cocinaban en fogatas utilizando sus espadas; de esta forma nace la cocción de la carne tipo gaucho, también conocida como rodizio, donde los selectos cortes mantienen su jugo al cocinarse lentamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I just ate here the service was terrible they never changed our plate, the rib eye was disgusting we took one bite and had to spit it out. The only thing thing that was amazing was the picanha. And we come from Texas and the meat there is amazing. And we were expecting something way better and are very disappointed with the food. Will definitely NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's usually a crowd waiting to go in. The wait could be as long as 3 hours or more sometimes. Luckily my party only waited for about 30 to 40 minutes. I would say it is good value for money at the Brazilian style buffet. The food is good but not the best Brazilian steak that I have had and their choice of drinks are pretty wide. The atmosphere more than makes up for its shortcomings as it is good for a merry crowd. They do need to take reservations though, even if it is with a deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was mediocre, not worth the price. The quality and selection of meat was lacking. There are better options for Brazilian BBQ. Overall the experience there was not bad, just a bit underwhelming and boring (food wise). I would not recommend.
