D	David Gzz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato es amable desde que llegas y si vas a contratar sus servicios es rápido y eficiente. Sin embargo al reclamar seguros de vida es otro cuento. Hice el trámite y explicando que está lejos para no tener que echar varias vueltas me comentaron que se comunicaban conmigo en cuanto tuvieran respuesta como en 4-5 ocasiones y en ninguna me regresaron la llamada, se tardaron, en solo aceptarme la papelería, un mes y medio y eso porque yo hablé. Obviamente se tarda alrededor de dos meses más en qué la aseguradora pague a la caja por lo que si vas a hacer este trámite prácticamente te lo resuelven en 4-5 meses. En resumen: hay que irse temprano porque los turnos son tardados y estar hablando constantemente para darle celeridad a tu tramite. Pero son muy amables y transparentes con los requisitos. In summary: you have to leave early because the shifts are late and be constantly talking to speed up your process. But they are very kind and transparent with the requirements.
