★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es de lo peor te cobran hasta la risa si sacas un prestamo con ellos ...te estan marque y marque unos dias antes de tus pagos,disque para que no se te olvide .pero ya sabemos que es nuestra responsabilidad saber que dia pagar.en concretó el peor lugar para tramitar un prestamo. No volveria a ser su cliente.

Los mensajes que te envian para retrasar el pago de 120 días no lo hacen valido y np te avisan hasta que ya se vencio tu quincena obvio para cobrarte la cobranza. No hagan caso por COVID-19 NO HAY APOYO DE RETTASAR PAGOS SI NO PAGAS QUINCENAL TE COBRARAN INTERESES Y APARTE LA COBRANZA. NO SE CONFIEN PAGUEN NORMAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención, rápido servicio y respuesta. Nunca he tenido problema ni con la sucursal ni con la atención que brindan. Las tasas de intereses en los préstamos están muy bien y la solicitud de préstamo me la respondieron en muy corto plazo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es terrible el servicio que le ofrecen a uno. Parece que te hacen el favor de darte tu dinero cuando uno retira de ventanilla (aparte nunca tienen dinero, si vas a retirar más de $5,000) esto siempre pasa en la sucursal de Plaza de las Américas. Siempre mandan a uno a que busque en otras sucursales. Ojo si quieres retirar cantidades grandes de tu cuenta te dicen que hagas transferencias a otros bancos donde te cobran una comisión por hacerla. Nunca tendrás tu dinero disponible por cualquier emergencia que llegues a tener. El gancho de ellos es la tasa que manejan en tus inversiones.
Si piensan que una institución bancaria es mala y te roban. Esto es peor. Hay que pensar mucho antes de transferir tu dinero acá.
