★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un mal servicio cuando haces pagos en la caja en mi caso envié a una persona hacer el pago que me tocaba y al siguiente día me comentan que mi pago no se hizo, cuando fui directamente a caja al siguiente día lo único que me dijeron es que mi pago se hizo en cuenta de ahorro por lo tanto el pago de mi préstamo todavía se debía y al final tuve que pagar dos dias de intereses por error del que me cobró en caja
They have a bad service when you make payments at the till, in my case I sent a person to make the payment that I had to pay and the next day they tell me that my payment was not made, when I went directly to the till the next day the only thing they told me is that my payment was made in a savings account, therefore the payment of my loan was still due and in the end I had to pay two days of interest by mistake of the one who charged me in cash
