Very bad service attitude of the staff that works in that branch and slow to assist you I have gone to others and the service is much better and more agile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio; te dan cita para cancelar cuenta y la sucursal está cerrada ese día, adicional te entregan por escrito que si no asististe ese día, tienes otra oportunidad para pasar a cancelar y darte tu $; tienes que esperar un mes más para que pase esto.
Terrible service; They give you an appointment to cancel your account and the branch is closed that day, additionally they give you in writing that if you did not attend that day, you have another opportunity to cancel and give you your $; you have to wait another month for this to happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De los peores servicios al cliente que he visto, a las/los empleados definitivamente no les gusta trabajar ahí y te lo dejan muy claro con su actitud déspota, lenta, inútil y poco confiable. En otras sucursales el servicio es bueno, pero aquí no disponen de tu dinero nunca, son muy perezosos para realizar su trabajo, te dan mala información o errónea y los empleados siempre tienen algo mejor que hacer que atenderte.
Of the worst customer service I've ever seen, the employees definitely don't like working there and they make it very clear to you with their despotic, slow, unhelpful and unreliable attitude. In other branches the service is good, but here they never have your money, they are very lazy to do their work, they give you bad or wrong information and the employees always have something better to do than assist you.
