★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita Victoria Martínez Castañón, nos ha hecho solicitar dos veces documentación para un crédito porque se le vencen los documentos. No lee los correos donde enviamos en tiempo y forma lo solicitado, cambia fechas que según la notaria ofrece y al final del día llama diciendo que se cancelan fechas. Que ella es solo vocera de lo que jurídico y notaria le dicen. Ha extraviado documentos y tengo mas de 7 meses en un trámite simple y no nos resuelve, nomas da largas y dice que todo esta autorizado y pide y pide documentos para actualizar. Nefasta colaboradora, si la caja es buena, por culpa de esas personas pierden buenos y pagaderos clientes. Que pena.
