Posteriormente acudí a cajero automático y no comprendí por qué no pude hacer un depósito corriente a una cuenta mexicana, y como traía 2 cuentas para depósito, intenté con la otra y sí se pudo, no entendí por qué con la otra no... Y no he tenido oportunidad de ir nuevamente en horario de atención para confirmar que la cuenta esté bien.
I have gone and it is very calm, both in the box and in the desk; very prompt and knowledgeable attention from the executive.
Later I went to an ATM and I didn't understand why I couldn't make a current deposit to a Mexican account, and since I had 2 accounts for deposit, I tried the other one and it was possible, I didn't understand why the other one didn't... And I haven't had a chance to go back during business hours to confirm that the account is okay.
