★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PZ no me fue muy bien con la persona que me atendió en el escritorio, ya que se portó muy grosero y cortante al final tuve que hacer su trabajo por que nada me sirvió la información que me estaba dando y fui con la subgerente a poner la queja y PZ solo trato de cubrir a su personal.
Si no tienen ganas de trabajar busquen otro empleo desgraciadamente por uno pagan todos pero así las cosas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excesivamente lento el servicio en escritorio, tienen 6 escritorios y solo 3 activos. Llevo 3 intentos por ser socio y no puedo. Hoy justo llegaron los tacos de la comida y curiosamente fallo el sistema. Mmm había escuchado cosas buenas de la caja, pero en general esta sucursal muy mal.

Hoy acudi a esta institución financiera que es una cooperativa donde soy socia y parece que es un favor el que nos hacen en atendernos y no es así ya que la persona que recibe en primera instancia pasaba a gente que conocía y no de acuerdo a los turnos
Deben mejorar los servicios, casi dos horas para poder pasar a atención en escritorio para una reactivación de cuenta creo que no debe ser, deben mejorar su atención
