★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar para pedir créditos y ahorrar, atienden de 9 a 4. Ahora con covid solo entra el titular, te checan temperatura y aplican gel al entrar. Los ejecutivos son amables y atienden todas tus dudas. Puedes sacar cita en el 01800 aunque si no llevas cita también puedes pasar, solo hay que hacer fila y esperar a que se te indique.
Place to ask for credits and save, they attend from 9 to 4. Now with covid only the owner enters, they check your temperature and apply gel when entering. The executives are friendly and answer all your questions. You can make an appointment at 01800 although if you do not have an appointment you can also come in, you just have to stand in line and wait for it to be indicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING: the ATM at this location ate my debit card!! The bank agent informed me they could not open the machine nor could the company who services the ATMs due to security protocols. While I understand that, getting another card is not easy as I am here on a tourist visa and can’t open a Mexican bank account. What is worse is I have heard from many others, including the man I spoke to at the bank, that this issue is common. Sigh. Be sure you have more than one debit card from different banks and/or another way to access pesos, and be forewarned about this ATM.
