tengo más de 20 años siendo socia y cada vez van de mal en peor. Fui a hacer mi contrato para la aplicación movil , Me atendió Ana Lozano y duró 15 minutos en sacar el documento (anteriormente estaban mis datos actualizados correctamente), le repetí 4 veces mi numero de teléfono , las 2 ultimas para CORREGIR ya que me confirmaba mal y aun asi salió mal. Solo me da la ultima hoja para firmar y dobla y guarda el contrato en un sobre. Yo tenía que regresar a trabajar por lo que ya no revise los datos y ahora tengo que regresar a sucursal porque la Srta no pudo entender que de inicio mi telefono estaba bien y ella lo "actualizo" incorrectamente. Quien me va a pagar el tiempo que me descuentan de mi trabajo? quien me va a pagar el transporte a la sucursal? Quien va a pagar el tiempo perdido? Cada visita a cualquier sucursal hacen mal su trabajo.
I have been a member for more than 20 years and every time they go from bad to worse.
