Muy mal tenerme que enterar sobre los verdaderos números hasta el final. Un servicio muy mañoso y una falta de capacitación a los empleados.
This is the second time you have given me the wrong information on account performance. You have to be getting the information out of them with a lot of questions and still they don't tell you everything. Too bad to have to find out about the real numbers until the end. Very crafty service and lack of employee training.
